I was born an entrepreneur: I had a newspaper route, sold planting seeds door to door and dusted the shelves on Saturdays at the neighborhood corner market all while in elementary school. My experiences are many in real estate and in life! When I first began my real estate career in 2005, the housing market was on fire and being a brand new REALTOR®, I was lucky to have partnered up with an experienced agent who taught me the ropes, answered my questions and created fantastic marketing campaigns. I began working the expired listings helping many sellers who had not sold their home with their previous listing agent. After a few years of the wild west in real estate, the bottom fell out in 2007. This is where I became very proficient in successfully acquiring bank approvals for short sales saving homeowners from bankruptcy and getting them out from under their upside-down mortgages. I became the go to for several communities and condominiums guiding owners to financial safety.
In 2009 I started working with owners renting their properties long and short term. 2010 I left corporate franchise real estate to open my own brand boutique real estate company. Along with this came all the business start up & continual responsibilities. Over the course of the next several years I developed quite the knack for handling vacation short term rentals. At the peak of this era, I was managing over 50 homes and condominiums. Earning the area vacation rental “go to”, this business was very detail oriented and required demanding hours to flawlessly perform.
REALTORS® are required to take 14 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain their Florida state license. In my opinion this is not enough education. I continually take courses at the Daytona Board of REALTORS®, at conventions, virtually, through Residential Real Estate Council, National Association of REALTORS®, Florida Association of REALTORS® and I read the Associations updates to stay on top of our ever-changing market & technology.
Education is very important to me as a professional and personally. As I learned to ebb and flow with the market, experimenting in different and new areas, I always fall back on my education to re-energize, get new ideas and re-focus. My education, designations and certifications are many and ever growing.
ABR® – Accredited Buyers Representative 2006 Real Estate Buyers Council awards this designation to Buyers Agents to focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home buying process.
AHWD – At Home with Diversity 2008 Conducting business with sensitivity to all customer profiles and build a business plan to successfully serve them.
C2EX – Commitment to Excellence 2019 National Association of REALTORS program to elevate, educate and empower for practicing real estate at the highest professional standards.
CRS – Certified Residential Specialist 2009 Residential Real Estate Council awards this designation to the top 3% of real estate agents in the U.S. CRS’ earn 3X more in income than non-designees with more transactions and sales.
Digital Marketing Social Media Certification 2020 Residential Real Estate Council provides the resources and education to better serve and build stronger relationships.
Residential Listing Certification 2020 Residential Real Estate Council provides strategies, tools and assist in mastering the art of residential property listings.
Smart Home Certificate 2019 Residential Real Estate Council provides the knowledge in the technology, privacy and best transaction tactics involved in selling smart homes.
e-Pro® - National Association of REALTORS® Advanced Digital Marketing Techniques Certificate 2020 education to increase the ability to reach customers, expand their capabilities and build trust safeguarding client information.
GRN – Green Designation from the National Association of REALTORS® 2018 Provides education, resources and tools to help find, understand and market properties with green features.

2019 brought me to yet another new dimension of real estate, that of new home construction. Onsite at the 55 and better new home community I worked with prospective customers showing them the models and answering their questions. During this time, I discovered the need for and developed a hub for Ormond Beach New Home Construction on my website for consumers looking to buy new home construction.
2020 was a year of change and challenge for everyone. Education again became a top priority for me while also taking some personal time to renovate our new home. I did not advocate for business this year, however my past customers kept knocking at my door and I am thankful. After 16 years in the real estate business I proudly have earned repeat and referral business.
2021 was a year of new beginnings for everyone. I zero in on the community where I live, the surrounding subdivisions and the Ormond Beach area in general. Using new and keeping up with technology, social media and to continued being the best guide I can be.
2022 began my year of elevation to the luxury market. I am training with The Luxury Institute and Residential Real Estate Council. Let my 18 years of real estate experience help you!
