I was born an entrepreneur: I had a newspaper route, sold planting seeds door to door and dusted the shelves on Saturdays at the corner grocery market all while still in elementary schooI. I have had so many experiences in my years in real estate. When I first started in 2005 the real estate market was rocking and I was a brand new REALTOR® not really knowing which way to go. Thankfully at the beginning of my career I partnered up with another experienced agent who taught me the ropes, answered my questions and created fantastic marketing campaigns. I worked the expired listings and helped many sellers who had not sold with their previous listing agent. After a few years of the wild west, the bottom fell out in 2007. This is where I became very proficient in conducting successful short sales saving homeowner's from bankruptcy and getting them out of their upside down mortgages. I become the go to for several communities and condominiums, providing exceptional service to my customers.


In 2009 I started working with owners renting their properties long and short term. 2010 I started my own company and along with this came all the business start up responsibilities. Over the course of the next several years I developed quite the vacation rental business and had 50 rentals at my peak. After being the area go to for short term rentals my success was steadfast. This business was very detail oriented and required demanding hours to flawlessly perform. 


2018 I studied Green Building and from this developed GreenHomes.RealEstate. In 2019 I worked with a new home builder selling homes in a 55+ community. I developed a hub for the consumer who is looking for new home construction OrmondNewHomeConstruction.com.  I continue with my commitment to leadership and to Broker a reputable real estate company, my business continues to grow and so do I. I regularly receive business from past customers whether it be for them or a referral to one of their friends or family members. 2020 brings new opportunities each and every day. I pride myself in being a hard worker, fun to work with and drama free.

Education is very important to me and has been a large part of my every evolving self. I learned to flow with the market, experimenting in different and new areas. I always fall back on my real estate education to re-energized, get new ideas and re-focus. These designations are part of my accomplishments. I call myself an education junkie and there isn't enough time in the day to learn all there is out there. In working with my customers I hope to be able to answer most questions. If there is something I don't know I will say so and hunt down the answer.

Health is Wealth


I was raised in the Midwest where I met my junior high school sweetheart, married and had a daughter. After attending college and earning Associate Degrees in Interior Design and Marketing, I spent 15 years working as an Office Manager for a Psychiatric Office. We decided we had enough of the cold weather and moved to Ormond Beach, FL in July 2004. 


I am a foodie. I enjoy to cook & eat. When I left home at the age of 18 I did not know how to cook much out of the box but with many years of watching cooking shows, reading cookbooks, experimenting with recipes I caught on. I have participated in cooking contests and have even taken the prize.


Balance in my life is important, I try to remember this as I work very hard at my real estate business.  When I take time off, my husband along with our cats Pepi & Mia enjoy to travel with our RV. We are working on seeing all 50 states. 

I enjoy walking or riding my bike in the morning to catch the sunrise and feed the squirrels near the river. Reading is a passion that I have always had. As a youngster I would visit the book mobile and library frequently and continued to pass this tradition down to my daughter. I love our local library, the ability to check out books online and their book sales.


My husband Phil is an amazing carpenter. We have renovated many homes for ourselves. Currently we are remodeling a large home for our family. I love beautiful things and a beautiful home is important to me that is functional, easy to maintain with a modern design. 


Homes are part of my upbringing and surroundings. My Grandfather had his own building business, my Father was a custom carpenter as well as my Husband and his Father. I was brought up around homes being built and remodeled. My Grandmother had a gorgeously decorated home and my Aunt still does. My Great Aunts and Mother were very creative. With these influences and my schooling in Interior Design I have utilized my skills in my own homes. Being a REALTOR® fits!
