Debbie moved to Florida from Maryland in 1979 where she was already an active Realtor.  She quickly took her Florida training and received her Florida Realtor license in November 1979.  She has a Masters of Science degree in General Administration and is a graduate of the Institute for Paralegal Studies.  She began her career in Florida selling real estate and working for an attorney specializing in real estate, taxes and probate of estates.  In 1989 she went to work for the St. Johns River Water Management District, an agency of the State of Florida, where she remained for 30 years.  At the District she worked in several different departments including Legal; however, in her last 10 years she served in both Procurement and the Real Estate Office.  She has kept her real estate license active about one-half of the past 40 years working part-time in real estate sales and used her license for her own real estate investments.  She is a very detailed person who enjoys helping people and insuring they are represented and protected well.

Debbie retired from the State of Florida in the fall of 2019 and is now actively seeking to assist homebuyers with meeting their dreams of finding their "Forever" homes.  She likes staying busy and so she spends her free time relaxing with her husband Mike and close friends, as well as her Church family at Tomoka Christian Church in Ormond Beach, Florida. Debbie especially enjoys food, music and dancing and spends her remaining time enjoying the amenities and entertainment in the 55+ development of "Latitude Margaritaville" in Daytona Beach where she currently resides.  Debbie would love to help you through the home buying process!
